Performance training at Vital Health is primarily focused on personal athletic development and sport specificity. Our approach includes the professional recommendations from each of our core disciplines, who collaborate to identify movement dysfunctions. After conducting movement assessments, training programs are then formulated using these guidelines. This results in an efficient delivery of corrective exercises to address movement imbalances while maintaining a challenging environment. Our formula consists of three phases of training: mobility, stability, and strength, with injury prevention at the core of each phase. Ongoing movement screenings re-establish benchmarks and provide data for feedback. We navigate through the phases of training through applying the principles of biomechanics while maximizing client satisfaction. From assessment to programming to execution, attention to detail is our standard.
