Yoga at Vital Health combines the elements of mindfulness to breath and mindfulness to movement. Classes are formatted to allow for participants to feel comfortable with the level they are at, while also allowing progression towards improvement by allowing participants to identify their strengths and weaknesses. Yoga at Vital Health takes place in an intimate, shared space between individuals looking to nourish their bodies and minds, by increasing the awareness needed for personal transformation. Yoga allows for the nervous system to relax and the musculoskeletal system to release tension. Harmful thought patterns and improper movement patterns have the opportunity to surface to be identified and ironed out. This momentary pause from the day to day allows us to return back to our lives with an enhanced sense of vitality.
